By accessing or using Wish Realizer ("the Service", "we", "us"), available at wishrealizer.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Wish Realizer is an AI-powered recommendation platform that converts user desires into structured product recommendations and execution plans. The Service is provided through artificial intelligence (large language models) and offers links to third-party retailers and partners. Wish Realizer is a discovery and recommendation tool only — we do not sell, ship, store, or fulfill any product or service ourselves.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Wish Realizer, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You may use the Service anonymously (subject to usage limits) or sign in via Google to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Founders Program grants the first 500 registered users lifetime premium access at no cost. Founder status is granted in the order of registration and is non-transferable. Wish Realizer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Founders Program for new sign-ups at any time, but will honor lifetime status for users already granted Founder status.

Recommendations, plans, and analyses produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. While we use best-in-class models and recommendation rules, AI output may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You acknowledge that:

• ·Recommendations are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
• ·You should independently verify critical information before any purchase or major decision.

Wish Realizer participates in affiliate programs including but not limited to Amazon Associates, Impact, Awin, Commission Junction, Rakuten, Hotmart, Mercado Livre, and Magazine Você. When you click product links and make purchases through partner retailers, we may earn commissions at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations or recommendation quality. We always prioritize products that genuinely match your stated desire.

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, violent, or that infringes the rights of others. Wish Realizer's AI is programmed to decline requests that violate this policy. Repeated abuse may result in account termination without refund.

All content, branding, design, code, prompts, and AI configurations of Wish Realizer are the exclusive property of Wish Realizer and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Product names, brand logos, and trademarks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wish Realizer, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• ·Purchases made through affiliate links.
• ·AI-generated recommendations.
• ·Unauthorized access to your account.
• ·Any third-party content or conduct.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred British Pounds (£100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wish Realizer, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Significant changes to the Terms will be notified via the Service or by email to registered users. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other legitimate reason, including extended inactivity or security concerns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. Users in Brazil retain the rights granted by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Users in the European Union retain the rights granted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
